Key Responsibilities:
- Execute pilot-scale and scale-up activities as per SOPs and scientific guidelines
- Coordinate with CRD, ARD, PRD, CMC, and cross-functional teams
- Support technology transfer, equipment selection, and GMP project execution
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and quality standards
- Troubleshooting, documentation, and timely technical report generation
