1. TQM Staff
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma
- Branches: Mechanical / Electrical / Plastic
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years
2. QA Staff
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech / CIPET
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in BOPET Quality
3. Metallizer Operator
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years
- Exposure Required: Metallizer production operations
4. Electrical & Instrumentation – Shift Incharge
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years
- Mandatory: Experience in BOPET production environment
5. Key Skills Preferred
- Practical exposure to BOPET film manufacturing
- Strong understanding of quality systems & production processes
