Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Execute instrumentation maintenance for DCS, PLC, analyzers, and field instruments
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot complex issues and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
- Review maintenance plans and prioritize critical jobs
- Support shutdown planning, budgeting, and execution
- Manage spares inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Maintain maintenance history, KPIs, IMS documentation, and records
- Participate in reliability & integrity studies and obsolescence management
- Execute PM/PdM schedules and monitor plant performance
- Ensure HSEF compliance, risk assessments, and mandatory safety trainings
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff

- Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, analyzers, and field instrumentation
- Understanding of instrumentation codes, standards, and best practices
