Open Roles & Experience
1) Operator (5–8 Years)
Hands-on operation of OSD equipment such as:
Granulation (Tapasya/ACG), Compression (Sejong), Capsule Filling (Bosch),
Blister Packing (IMA/CAM), Bottle Packing & Labelling (CVC),
HME, Spray Dryer, Dry Powder Lines and related machines.
2) Executive (4–8 Years)
- Supervise production and packing activities
- Coordinate manpower and training
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP
3) Executive / Sr. Executive – QMS (7–8 Years)
- Handle change controls, deviations, investigations
- Prepare and track CAPA and compliance documentation
4) Assistant Manager – Market Complaints & QMS (10–12 Years)
- Manage packing-related market complaints
- Lead quality system activities and investigations
5) Assistant Manager – Blister & Bottle Lines (10–12 Years)
- Handle oncology packing lines
- Ensure performance, quality, and regulatory compliance
6) Assistant Manager – Packing Operations (10–12 Years)
- Overall line management and manpower control
- Drive productivity and compliance
7) Deputy Manager – PPIC (10–12 Years)
- Production planning, inventory and coordination functions
Work Environment
- Rotational shifts including night shifts
- Shop-floor based, hands-on production roles
- Regulated formulation plant with strict GMP controls
