Position Details
- Department: Production – Microbial (Upstream)
- Designation: Executive – Production Microbial
- Experience: 5 – 10 Years (Biotech Industrial Experience)
- Qualification:
- Post-Graduation in Microbiology, or
- B.Tech in Biotechnology / Chemical Engineering
- Work Location: Pune (R&D), Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Execute upstream production batches as per approved BPRs
- Operate upstream equipment and perform CIP/SIP
- Handle equipment including 100L & 200L Fermenters, Centrifuge, High-Pressure Homogenizer, Spectrophotometer, Autoclave, DHS, Cold Room, Integrity Machine
- Prepare and review SOPs, BPRs, protocols, and technical reports
- Raise and manage Change Controls & Deviations in QA-approved formats
- Coordinate with Engineering during equipment/facility breakdowns
- Manage PM/AMC activities for manufacturing equipment
- Support Technology Transfer from R&D to Manufacturing
- Participate in cGMP, Safety, and On-the-Job Trainings
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and compliance standards
