Environmental Engineering / Industrial Safety / Chemical Engineering or related discipline - Mandatory Certification: PDIS / ADIS

Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) functions across solar manufacturing operations
- Hands-on EHS experience in solar cell, semiconductor, chemical, gas, or manufacturing plants
- Manage greenfield project EHS planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, industrial safety laws, and statutory norms
- Conduct EHS audits, hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective actions
- Drive plant-wide safety culture, training programs, and emergency preparedness
- Take full EHS ownership post-commissioning during operational phase
