Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination
- HR policy implementation and employee engagement
- Payroll processing, GST, TDS, and invoicing support
- Accounts handling and vendor management
- Purchase order preparation and administrative coordination
2) Proposal & Business Development Executive
Department: Business Development
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Qualification:
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Chemical)
- MBA in Sales & Marketing
Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal preparation for engineering consulting / EPC projects
- Client and vendor relationship management
- Coordination with technical teams for bid submissions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Engineering Consulting preferred
3) Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Process & Safety Engineering
Department: Process & Safety Engineering
Experience: 0 – 1 Year
Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech – Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering
- 2025 pass-outs only
- Minimum 80% academic marks
Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
- Support process and safety engineering activities
