The Role: Lead Process Design Engineer
We’re looking for a leader who can steer process engineering projects from concept to completion. You will be the technical anchor for design projects, mentor engineers, and ensure excellence in delivery.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education: BE/B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years in core process design engineering, preferably in consulting or EPC environments
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in process simulation and design software (Aspen, HYSYS, etc.)
- Design Expertise: Hands-on experience in chemical/process plant design, P&ID development, equipment sizing, and safety reviews
- Leadership: Ability to guide process engineering teams and interface with clients and cross-functional teams
