Role Overview
As Associate Manager – Quality Assurance (IQC), you will lead incoming quality control and supplier quality activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring material quality, audit readiness, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain and inspection systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance in IQC operations
- Prevent quality-related line stoppages through proactive controls
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
- Lead customer complaint investigation and timely closure
- Execute internal audits and maintain IMS documentation
- Achieve zero major non-conformities in IQC and compliance audits
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Quality Circle initiatives
- Implement and sustain 5S practices in IQC areas
- Manage SAP MIC and BOM-based inspection reporting
- Develop and maintain calibration systems for measuring instruments
- Conduct supplier audits and manage 8D corrective actions
- Lead weekly supplier quality reviews and performance tracking
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech in Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- 8–12 years experience in Quality Assurance, IQC, or Supplier Quality
- Strong exposure to manufacturing, audits, and supply chain quality
