Production Assistant / Production Associate
- Department: Production
- Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
- Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Biochemistry or Biotechnology
- B.E / B.Tech in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering
- Related Life Sciences degrees
- Work Environment: Plant & laboratory, shift-based operations
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control fermentation and downstream unit operations
- Media preparation, sterilization, and equipment calibration
- Perform sampling, biochemical assays, and process analysis
- Support harvest, separation, concentration, and drying steps
- Maintain GMP-compliant batch records and documentation
- Analyse process data and prepare technical reports
- Coordinate daily production activities with shift teams
