Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Operation of advanced analytical instruments:
GC, GC-MS, ICP-OES, UV–VIS, TOC Analyzer & KF Titrator - Instrument calibration & routine performance checks
- Analysis of raw materials, in-process samples & finished products
- Trace metal analysis using ICP / AAS techniques
- Preparation, review & reporting of analytical data
- Issuance of COA (Certificate of Analysis)
- SAP QA module data entry & documentation control
- Chemical inventory management & GC gas cylinder monitoring
- Ensure laboratory safety, GMP & housekeeping standards
- Independent shift handling & abnormality reporting
