About the OJT (On-the-Job Trainee) Program
The AM/NS India OJT Program 2026 is specially designed to provide hands-on industrial exposure to women diploma engineers. Selected candidates will receive real-time training inside a steel plant environment, helping them build strong technical, operational, and professional skills required for large-scale manufacturing industries.
This program acts as a career foundation for future roles in steel plants, PSUs, and core engineering industries.
