Designation: Senior Executive – Quality Assurance
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or related discipline
Work Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and evaluation of QC analytical data, including electronic data and audit trail review
- Batch release management and overall quality oversight
- Review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR)
- Preparation and review of Annual Product Reviews (APR)
- Oversight of QC laboratory activities to ensure SOP and GMP compliance
- Handling QMS elements – Deviations, Change Control, OOS, OOT, CAPA
- Verification of dispatch activities and line clearance as per GMP
- Review and execution of cleaning validation activities
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and regulatory guidelines
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field
- Exposure to regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of batch release, QMS, APR, and QC review processes
- Basic understanding of peptide synthesis (added advantage, not mandatory)
- Strong documentation skills and compliance mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
